ERA-NET FOSC 2019 Call Pre-announcement
ERA-NET-Cofund on Food Systems and Climate (FOSC) will launch a trans-continental call for research proposals in the field of food systems and climate. The call will support basic and applied research and is focused on the interactions between climate change and food systems.
Expected Impacts from FOSC
- Support carbon neutral agriculture and food chains
- Understanding the effects of climate change on global food value chains
- Develop solutions posed by environmental changes to the food system
Application Requirements: Applications will be supported by the project in Turkey from TUBITAK 1071 Capacity Utilization Research Fund International and the International R&D Collaboration to Support Program for Increasing Participation. Consortia should include at least 4 countries from at least 2 continents (Europe, Africa, Latin America). At least 2 of the 4 countries in the consortia should be prepared from European countries and the other 2 from Africa or Latin America or both.
Project Budget: The budget of the project applications to be made from the universities will be maximum 720.000,00 TL.
The call will open on 2 December 2019.
