A Short Step-by-Step Guide for Newcomers in Horizon Europe

This guide was prepared by TÜBİTAK Horizon Europe Program as a supplementary document to the TH2020 Legal & Financial Guide of Horizon Europe Projects published in March 2023. It is a shorter and more concise document to cover just the preparation phase of the Horizon Europe proposal – project phase.

It is structured in 7 simple steps that will help you better identify what needs to be done when you are preparing a proposal in Horizon Europe, especially focusing on legal and financial aspects. The 7 steps are in line with the steps a participant must take to join a consortium and submit a proposal under HE.

Since it is talking about Legal and Financial Issues, it should be remembered that this guide provides only instructions and should not be used as a legal document.
