Funded Erasmus + WeCoRD Project's first Winter School "Components for Wearable and Collaborative Robots" was held

First winter school "Components for Wearable and Collaborative Robots" for granted Erasmus + Project entitled “Open Educational Resources on Enabling Technologies in Wearable and Collaborative Robotics” (WeCoRD), was held on February 8-12, 2021. The winter school continued for 5 days under the leadership of Özyeğin University researchers' Dr. Barkan Uğurlu, Dr. Ebru Kılıç Bebek and Deniz Yılmaz together with consortium partners Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş., Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Saint Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics, and Universiteit Twente. Additionally, speakers from 10 different institutions have participated of which 6 of them were guest participants. 48 graduate students in different fields such as biomedical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial design, and physiotherapy have participated in the group studies to develop multidisciplinary approaches in the Winter School.
