Kâtip Çelebi-Newton Fund Industry-Academy Partnership Program Call Opened

Within the scope of the Katip Çelebi-Newton Fund, the second call for the Industry-Academy Partnership Program was opened. The aim of the call is to improve the quality of strategic links between industry and academia, to promote innovation and entrepreneurship within the engineering departments of universities, and thus to accelerate economic development through practical research and innovation by increasing the employability of graduates.

 

The programme aims to catalyse research and innovation that will provide holistic solutions to complex development challenges in areas such as;

  • water resource management, 
  • agriculture and food security, 
  • clean energy, 
  • healthcare accessibility,
  • innovation.

 

Project Budget: 600.000 TL 

 

Project Duration: 2 years

 

Admission Requirements:

Project manager must work in a Turkish university and project manageruniversity  required to cooperate at least one private organizations in Turkey and at least one higher education institution on the United Kingdom. Applications will be supported by the project in Turkey from TUBITAK 1071.
