The Royal Society- International Exchange Scheme - Standart Programme
International Exchange Scheme Standart Programme which is coordinated by The Royal Academy isdesigned for scientists based in the UK who want to stimulate collaborations with leading scientists overseas through either a one-off visit or bilateral travel.
Application Eligibility for Applicant and Co-Applicant:
- Hold a PhD or have equivalent research experience, Hold a fixed or permanent contract at an eligible organisation for the duration of the project,
- Applicants must be based in a country outside the UK at the time of the application,The applicant and co-applicant cannot be former colleagues or PhD student/supervisor,
- Applicants are not permitted to submit more than one application per round,
- Visiting academics who have been invited by an eligible UK institution are ineligible.
Scope of the Fellowship:
- Travel Expenses (mobility and subsitences)
- Research Expenses
Amount of Support:
- Up to £3,000 for one-off travel lasting up to three months
- Up to £6,000 for multiple visits to be completed within one year
- Up to £12,000 for multiple visits to be completed within two years
Project Period: Maximum 24 months
