TÜBİTAK Science, Special and Incentive Awards

Within the scope of supporting research and development in science and technology, annual "TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards" 2021 applications have been opened.

Awards will be given in four categories:

Science Award: It is given to alive scientists who have made significant contributions to science at the international level with their work in Turkey.

Special Award: As an equivalent to Science Award; Special Award is given to alive Turkish citizens, who have made significant contributions to the science at international level with their work in abroad. 

Service Award: It is given to individuals who have provided outstanding service for  the development of science and technology in Turkey. Individuals who are not alive can also be nominated to the award. 

Incentive Award: It is given to scientist who are resident in Turkey and not passed the age of 40 when the award is given, proved that they could make significant future contributions to the science in international level with their work.  Scientists can apply individually or be nominated by institutions for Incentive Award category.

Application Deadline: 30 April 2021

The researchers who are planning to apply or nominate candidates are kindly requested to contact TTO until April 19, 2021.
