REMINDER - ÖZYEĞİN UNIVERSITY SEED RESEARCH PROGRAM APPLICATIONS

Dear Faculty Members,

The 3rd Call of the Özyeğin University Seed Research Program is now open, and applications will be accepted until October 31, 2026. The program aims to support innovative, early-stage research projects across all disciplines, including business, engineering, social sciences, aviation and aeronautical sciences, law, architecture and design, and applied sciences. The Seed Program is open to all full-time faculty members of Özyeğin University.

The program primarily aims to encourage free-thinking and conceptually unrestricted scientific research, contribute to the accumulation of global scientific knowledge, and support scientific development in Türkiye. Where appropriate, the transfer of knowledge and technology to industry is also an important consideration. However, the program does not aim to provide additional funding for ongoing projects.

In the evaluation process, priority will be given to interdisciplinary applications that include Principal Investigators from at least two different faculties. Following a competitive selection process, successful applicants will receive support of up to 200,000 ₺ per project for a maximum duration of one (1) year.
