Işıl Yeğin graduated from Üsküdar University’s Health Institutions Management program in 2015. Following graduation, she worked in the Administrative Affairs Department at Acıbadem Healthcare Group from 2015 to 2021. Between 2022 and 2023, she worked in the Administrative Affairs Department at Umur, a company operating in the packaging and printing industry.

Throughout her career, she has taken on responsibilities in facilities management and fleet management across various company locations and manufacturing facilities. She joined the Özyeğin University Technology Transfer Office (OzU TTO) team in March 2024.
