Chist-Era 2022 Open Research Data Call

The aim of Chist- Era (European Coordinated Research on Long Term Challenges in Information and Communication Sciences & Technologies ERA-Net) 2022 open research call has been published. The aim of Chist- Era IV project is to reinforce the transnational collaboration between the participating states in challenging multidisciplinary research in the ICT and ICT-based areas with the potential to lead to significant breakthroughs. 

Focused Area:

  • Security and Privacy in Decentralised and Distributed Systems
  • Machine Learning-based Communication Systems, towards Wireless AI

 

Applicants should address in their project at least one of the following target outcomes:

  1. Security and Privacy in Decentralised and Distributed Systems:
  • Design of hybrid software-hardware security and privacy solutions;
  • Development of novel authentication protocols;
  • Design of verification models for real-world applications of privacy and security solutions;
  • Production of advanced use cases;
  1. Machine Learning-based Communication Systems, towards Wireless AI
  • Design of AI-enhanced techniques for resource optimization in Radio Access Networks;
  • Implementation of ML in physical layer signal processing;
  • Development of AI-enhanced techniques for MIMO processing & beamforming;

Eligible Consortium: Minimum 3, maximum 6 partners from 3 different eligible countries.  

 

Eligible Countries: Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, France, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey, and United Kingdom.

 

Project Duration: Up to 24 months

 

Project Budget: 12 Million Euro (excl. Project Incentive Premium and overhead)

 

Turkish applicants will be supported via TÜBİTAK 1071 Program.
