Informing and guiding researchers about national and international grant and funding programs, as well as award programs relevant to their fields
Creating roadmaps for researchers regarding applications to grant programs
Providing support in the preparation of project proposals and applications for national and international grant programs
Informing and guiding academics about internal support programs offered within the university
Reviewing project proposals and providing support in the preparation/control of budgets and required documents for applications
Ensuring the flow of up-to-date information between funding institutions and researchers
Supporting the partner search process in cases where ÖzÜ will act as the coordinator
Collecting/preparing ÖzÜ’s administrative information required for project applications
Managing the contract processes of accepted projects and obtaining the necessary signatures and approvals
Acting in coordination with other relevant modules and units when necessary throughout all processes
Keeping and updating records of projects in the database
Ensuring the flow and control of statistical information for all grant projects and awards during annual/periodic reporting processes
