Within the scope of BİDEB- 2223 National Scientific Meetings Grant Programme; "2223-B Grant Program for Organizing Scientific Meeting within the Country", "2223-C Grant Program for Organizing Multiparticipant International Scientific Meeting" and "2223- D Grant Program for Organizing Scientific Meeting within the Framework of Bilateral Cooperation Agreement” applications for the fourth term of 2021 have been started by TÜBİTAK Scientist Support Programs Presidency (BİDEB).

 

2223-B - Grant Program for Organizing Scientific Meeting within the Country

Within the scope of the program, support is given to both face to face and online events (such as congresses, conferences, colloquiums, symposiums and workshops) organised in Turkey in order to meet scientists working in different institutions, share knowledge and experience, and prepare the ground for multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary studies.

 

Project Budget: 60.000 TL

2223-C Grant Program for Organizing Multiparticipant International Scientific Meeting

Within the scope of the program, support is given to  both face to face and online events (such as congresses, conferences, colloquiums and symposiums) organized in Turkeywith international and international participation in order to meet scientists working in different institutions, share knowledge and experience, and prepare the ground for multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary studies.

 

Project Budget: 200.000 TL

2223-D Grant Program for Organizing Scientific Meeting within the Framework of Bilateral Cooperation Agreement

The scientific meetings will be supported for the purpose of development of cooperation in the fields of science, technology and innovation, joint research projects and establishing sustainable partnerships within the framework of bilateral cooperation agreements signed by Turkey with various countries for the establishment of the domestic organized workshops, seminars, panels, colloquia type (including online forum).

 

Project Budget: 100.000 TL

 

Cooperating countries:  India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Italy, Czechia, China, Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Korea, Japan, USA

2224-A Grant Program for Participation in Scientific Meetings Abroad

The objective of the Program is to support participation to scientific activities focusing the fields of basic and applied research and experimental development that take place outside of Turkey. 

 

Support Scope and Amount:

  • Support is provided to researchers for travel, accommodation and event participation fees.
  • The upper limit of support within the scope of the program varies according to the countries to be visited.

2224-B Grant Program for Participation in Scientific Meetings within the Country

The objective of the Program is to support scientific events in the fields of Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Medical Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Social and Human Sciences in Turkey.

 

Support Scope and Amount:

  • The total support limit for travel, accommodation and participation fees is 2.000 TL.
