“Expand Your Horizon!” Our Horizon 2020 Training Event
Following its remarkable success in 7th Framework Program (FP7), Özyeğin University (ÖzÜ) aims to increase its success rate and number of projects carried out within the context of Horizon 2020 Program (H2020). Furthermore we would like to share our knowledge and experiences from FP7 with academic institutions and companies. For this purpose, on April 1, 2015 we organized Horizon2020 training event entitled as “Expand Your Horizon!”
The event began with our director, Nilay Papila’s opening speech, and continued with Tunga Yılmaz’s presentation on Priority Areas and Project Writing Preparation on Horizon 2020 Program.
Prof. Dr. Aytül Erçil from Sabancı University, shared her knowledge and experiences since the 4th Framework Program, her presentation entitled as “Panel Assessment Phase in Horizon2020”.
Dr. Alper Kaliber from Kemerburgaz University presented his experiences regarding Marie-Sklodowska Curie Program Applications.
Finally, Assist. Prof. Dr. Dr. Sedat Nizamoğlu from Koç University shared his success story about European Research Council Funds.
