Horizon Europe Information Days and Brokerage Events

Horizon Europe is a research and innovation program created by the European Union to address global challenges and strengthen industrial competitiveness in Europe. It aims to promote scientific and technological advancements for Europe to maintain its leadership role and encourage sustainable development.

The Horizon Europe program focuses on diversity, collaboration, and innovation by bringing together researchers, companies, universities, and other organizations from various fields. It particularly emphasizes six main clusters:

1. Health: This cluster includes health research, prevention, treatment, and improvement of diseases, as well as innovative methods in healthcare services.

2. Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society: The cluster focuses on preserving cultural heritage, promoting art and culture, community participation, and urban transformation.

3. Civil Security for Society: This cluster targets topics related to better protect the EU and its citizens against crime and terrorism, effective management of EU external borders, protected infrastructure, increased cybersecurity, disaster-resilient society for Europe and strengthened security research and innovation.

4. Digital, Industry, and Space: This cluster covers digital transformation, innovation for industry, artificial intelligence, automation, robotics, and space exploration.

5. Climate, Energy, and Mobility: Topics related to combating climate change, developing sustainable energy sources, and transportation systems fall under this cluster.

6. Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment: Sustainable agriculture, bioeconomy, natural resource management, and environmental protection are included in this cluster.

The Brokerage Event and Information Days events are organized to achieve the objectives of the Horizon Europe program and promote project applications. Information Days provide detailed information about the program's calls and aim to educate potential applicants. The European Commission and program officials present call topics, priorities, application processes, and evaluation criteria. These events help participants better understand their projects and prepare their applications more effectively. The Brokerage Events facilitate the development of collaborations by bringing together potential project partners. Project coordinators can present their ideas, engage in discussions with potential partners, and explore collaboration opportunities. These events facilitate partner search for projects and contribute to strengthening collaborations across Europe.

The Brokerage Event and Information Days serve as important tools to enhance the quality of projects, promote collaborations, and ensure the emergence of successful projects aligned with the program's objectives. Below is the compilation of information on the Information Days and Brokerage Events planned for four clusters:
