Positive Energy Districts and Neighbourhoods for Climate Neutrality 2021 Call
The purpose of the Positive Energy Districts and Neighbourhoods (PEDs) for Climate Neutrality call is to contribute to the planning, implementation and activation of the European Union's research and innovation capacity to achieve climate neutrality in 100 cities by 2030.

Who Can Apply?
- Higher education institutions
- Education and research hospitals
- Public institutions and organizations
- Capital companies (private institutions) located in Turkey, which create added value at the firm level and have trade registry certificates, regardless of the sector and size
Application Conditions:
- Consortia can be formed with at least 2 independent participants from at least 2 different countries participating in the call
- In consortia to be formed, at least one partner is expected to be a city, municipality or organization providing urban services
Participating Countries: Turkey, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy, Romania and Sweden.
Turkish applicants will be supported via TÜBİTAK 1071 Program.
Project Budget: 2,5 Million TL (Higher education institutions could request max 720.000 TL)
Project Duration: Maximum 36 months
