Revised Projects to be Recommended for ARDEB-1001 Program Video Delivery Opportunity

In case of re-application to the ‘’1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program’ with a project submitted  before to a support program carried out by the TUBITAK Research Support Programs Director(ARDEB) and rejected as a result of the scientific evaluation, it is obligatory to fill the Project Proposal Change Declaration Form. The form should be prepared in a way that responds to the opinions and suggestions in the scientific evaluation form which has been sent to you. ‘’If the Change Declaration Form is not filled in or not prepared according to the procedure, the projects proposal will not be evaluated and will be turned in.’’

It is enabled for researchers to upload the videos to the application system, beside of the Change Declaration Form which the researchers should fill in order to explain their changes more detailed.

Project managers who want to upload videos should follow the steps below:

Project Application System (PBS)> Project Information> Has an application been made to any support program of TÜBİTAK with this or similar project? > Yes

After this process, it will be possible to upload videos to the field which will be opened at the additional files section.
