The Swedish Consulate General in Istanbul has announced a new call for projects for the year 2025. The aim of this program is to support the development and implementation of innovative projects in various fields in Turkey. The Targeted Project Topics For 2025: - Respect for human rights, democracy, and the rule of law
- A more equitable society
- An independent and pluralistic civil society, freedom of expression, and media freedom
- Democratic participation of youth
- Synergies between trade and development
- Addressing issues related to migration and providing support for the enjoyment of rights by migrants and refugees
The selection process will be carried out in three stages: - Institutions must submit their project ideas (concept note) using the attached template electronically to istanbul.sektionen@gov.se by July 16, 2024. The Consulate General will review all submitted project ideas and contact the organizations that are eligible to proceed to the next stage.
- If the project idea is selected for further evaluation, a complete application will be requested (more information about the required documents will be provided at this stage).
- Interviews will be conducted with the selected organizations.
