Within the scope of the program, scientists who will conduct national research after doctorate/ specialization are supported. We would be pleased, if you could share this announcement with the researchers who you want to work with and meet the eligibility conditions. Application Requirements - Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey or a holder of a Blue Card as specified in Law No. 5901,
- Apply within 7 years following the date of receiving a PhD or a specialization in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, or veterinary medicine, or a proficiency in art degree, or be set to receive the relevant degree within 12 months from the date of eligibility for support,
- Conduct the research at a domestic educational institution, either a public or foundation university, a research infrastructure qualified under Law No. 6550, public research institutes, private sector organizations with R&D or design centers, or within technology parks or capital companies established in Turkey,
- Not conduct the postdoctoral/specialization research at the same institution where currently employed if holding a permanent position,
- Be invited by the highest authority of the institution where the research will be conducted,
- If the applicant is employed at an institution, have obtained permission from the highest authority of the current institution,
- Not have any ongoing appeal process with TÜBİMER concerning the applied project under the previous term of the program,
- Have obtained a minimum total score of 10 points or more within the criteria outlined in the linked "Criteria" table as of the application date,
- Conduct the research with a supervisor who has obtained a minimum total score of 20 points or more within the criteria outlined in the same table.
