Call for EIT Urban Mobility Regional Innovation Plan Hub Activities

The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Regional Innovation Plan (RIS) is an outreach program launched in 2014, in order to share the best practices and experiences of the EIT Community and increase participation in activities in Europe. 

Supported by the EU, The EIT Urban Mobility platform is an organization aims to develop more livable cities and transport models in Europe. This call for proposal has published for RIS HUB activities to make an impact for cities, citizens and companies in Europe. EIT Urban Mobility RIS Hubs should ensure the active participation and cooperation of local Knowledge Triangle actors (industry, universities and research centres); and draw on their expertise by liaising with relevant national, regional and local authorities.

All stakeholders in Croatia, Latvia, Romania, Slovakia or Turkey can apply to the relevant call as single legal entities or within a consortium.

Strategic objectives of the call for proposals:

  • SO1 - Creation of livable urban areas,
  • SO2 - Closing the knowledge gap,
  • SO3 - Deployment and scaling of green, safe and inclusive mobility solutions for people and goods,
  • SO4 - Accelerate market opportunities,
  • SO5 -  Promote effective policies and behavioural change. 

Project Budget: Maximum 300.000 Euros
