Survey for the European Union 10th Framework Programme

This survey study, prepared by the TÜBİTAK European Union Framework Programs National Coordination Office, was prepared to learn about your expectations and obtain information about your current problems regarding the 10th Framework Program, which will start in 2028. The survey is planned to be open to implementation until September 15, 2024. The evaluation of the survey results will be shared with all relevant persons/institutions and organizations.

The survey aims to identify the difficulties experienced during the participation process in the EU Framework Programs and to collect valuable feedback from participants in order to improve these processes. Information such as the reasons why participants apply to the programs, the obstacles they encounter and their satisfaction levels will help to make the programs more user-friendly. The survey results will be shared with relevant institutions and organizations and will play an important role in making strategic decisions regarding the development of the EU Framework Programs, and will provide valuable data especially for the Horizon Europe Program and the future 10th Framework Program. Participants' feedback on the positive aspects of the programs will help to ensure the continuation of successful implementations. On the other hand, the difficulties and shortcomings expressed will become an important reference point in the design of future programs.

The feedback to be received within the scope of the survey is seen as a critical step for increasing national participation in EU Framework Programmes, improving processes and increasing the effectiveness of the programmes. The feedback from the participants will make a significant contribution to strengthening the integration of the Turkish Research Area into the EU Research Area and will help to carry out future projects more efficiently and effectively.
