TÜBİTAK BİÇABA - We Work Together, We Succeed Together Scholarship Program Scope Has Been Expanded

BİÇABA-We Work Together, We Succeed Together Program has been opened for applications to enable undergraduate, graduate and PhD, and postdoctoral researchers directly affected by the earthquakes that occurred on February 6, 2023 in the provinces of Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa. In order to support all undergraduate, graduate and PhD students and post-doctoral researchers affected by the earthquake, the application requirement has been expanded as follows:

 

  • Being a registered student in a program that offers undergraduate, master's or doctorate degrees at universities in Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa, or being a researcher residing in these provinces with a doctorate degree,
  • Being an undergraduate, graduate student, PhD student or post-doctoral researcher who continues their education in universities outside the provinces of Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa, but was directly affected by the earthquake.
 

 

Duration:

  • Undergraduate students: Up to 6 months
  • Master's (with thesis) students: Up to 12 months
  • PhD students: Up to 24 months
  • Postdoctoral researchers: Up to 12 months

 

The program applications will be completed in 3 stages:

  • Project Coordinator Information Entry Deadline: February 24, 2023
  • Students’ - Post-Doctoral Researchers’ Applications Deadline: March 10, 2023
  • Project Coordinator Evaluation Deadline: March 20, 2023

 

Budget:
 
  • Undergraduate students: 2.180 TL/ month
  • Master's (with thesis) students: 7.275 TL/ month
  • PhD students: 9.920 TL/ month
  • Postdoctoral researchers: 13.230 TL/ month
